Issue descriptionIn https://codereview.chromium.org/2646733003/, yhirano pointed out that the XHR replaying feature of the DevTools should also use the isolated world's associated SecurityOrigin. In non-replay code path, we retrieve the SecurityOrigin instance associated with the isolated world in GetIsolatedWorldIdForInstance() and use it.
