What is the expected behavior?
icon should change his color, targeted svg reorganizes itself.

What went wrong?
almost certainly this is a cache problem whilst svg works as standalone, and I can reproduce the problem with this testcase only. Tested on canary channel as well. Permanently broken. I uploaded the SVG file as testcase, but the testcase is currently on the jsfiddle, SEE steps to reproduce section.
