[Missing Tests]: Refresh appearance of omnibox results when native theme changes.

estade@, Automated tests for the below commit have been missing and would be really great to add them ASAP since these issues are high priority regressions.

There are uncountably many behaviors in Chrome that don't have automated tests. This bug was not, AFAIK, a regression, I don't think it's unusually likely to regress, it only affects Linux, and I object to the notion that fixing a bug (especially in code you don't own) places you on the hook for adding tests.

Closing as WontFix per comment #1.  This is "unusually likely to regress", and we have much greater need to add tests elsewhere.  This will never be prioritized enough.
