Remove the logic to take care of reentry in XMLHttpRequest::internalAbort()

https://codereview.chromium.org/2306303003 has been landed. Now, RawResource is cancelled asynchronously.

Can we remove the logic in internalAbort() to take care of XMLHttpRequest.open() inside sync onload?
