This might be the same problem as Issue 682819 but there are some indications that the renderer process is crashing while it's running, rather than upon browser restart. That would indicate something serious. We should try to provoke a renderer crash and see per still-open Issue 671049 whether a minidump is correctly generated and symbolized. Wei, I'm going to be OOO on a business trip for a week. Could you own the investigation of this flakiness while I'm out, and hand it off to the next pixel wrangler if it's not resolved?

Note: sorry for not noticing this but it looks like: WebglConformance_conformance2_textures_image_bitmap_from_video_tex_2d_rgba16f_rgba_half_float is failing reliably in these try flakes. Let's mark it flaky. Please work with zmo@.

cc'ing next wrangler for comment #2. I tried running locally from https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=33cdfe7d93dd4810&refresh=10&show_raw=1 but didn't get very far.

Thanks Wei for handling this suppression. There's no further evidence of this step flaking on chromium-try-flakes.
