Evaluate if any PageLoad.Clients.DataReductionProxy.Experimental.[Network|Requests].* contains histograms that contain somewhat duplication information; when aggregating the information into buckets, reporting all of this may be important or it may be relatively unimportant. If the UMA is unimportant, it should be removed from code.
