[Missing Tests]: Downgrade CHECK to LOG(WARNING) for failing PostTask

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
I don't think it is necessary. The CHECK was added and it was correctly being hit during shutdown it was adjusted to a warning which is fine because it is during shutdown.
