chromium.gpu.GPU Mac Builder idle with 25 pending builds according to luci-milo

There seems to be a discrepancy of information between luci-milo and buildbot about the number of pending builds for chromium.gpu.GPU Mac Builder.

Luci shows 25 pending builds:
https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.gpu/GPU%20Mac%20Builder/

Buildbot shows no pending builds:
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu/builders/GPU%20Mac%20Builder

Pending builds are currently not being sync to milo for performance reasons (they may actually be synced but not correctly). Ryan should have an update in a day or so.

Ryan, feel free to mark this as a duplicate of another bug tracking this.

I forgot to mention that this was showing up as alerts in SOM. Is SOM sourcing its information from Milo?

SOM is saying 82 builds, but not sure where that number is coming from.
