Issue descriptionChrome Version : 57.0.2985.0 (Official Build) 8c8ff90c8edc7244e4e6d7feda073c76e6949b8e-refs/heads/master@{#444244} 64 bit OS : Mac(10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.12) Test URL : https://permission.site/ What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to above URL, click on ‘Microphone’ button (permission bubble appears) and click on browser’s fullscreen button. 2. Now click on “Fullscreen” button seen on the page and press ‘Cmd+Alt+F’ (Suggestions list appears). 3. Hit ‘Esc’ key (Suggestions list closes) and observe the permission bubble. Actual : Permission bubble gets shifted upwards on closing ‘suggestions list’ in fullscreen mode. Expected : Permission bubble should not shift upwards on closing ‘suggestions list’ in fullscreen mode. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-56’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 56.0.2899.0 Bad build : 56.0.2900.0 Note : This is Mac specific issue and the same is not reproducible on Windows & Linux OS.

Unable to replicate the issue on Mobile device (Tablet and Handset) as the steps provided cannot be followed on it. Devices Used: ============= Device name: Samsung Galaxy S7 (Handset) Chrome version Used: Beta - 56.0.2924.68 Android Version: 6.0.1 / MMB29K Device name : Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (Tablet) Chrome version Used: Beta - 56.0.2924.68 Android Version: 4.4.4 / KTU84P Reasons: ======== 1) The appearance of permission bubble is different on Android device than that displayed on a desktop. 2) The full screen functionality is different comparing an Android and a Desktop(On Android - Scrolling down the page automatically hides the tab strip, On Desktop - We have specific full screen option or shortcut). 3) No escape button is available on an android device. P.S: Also tried by checking the option "Request desktop site", Cannot replicate the issue.

Update: ***Mass UI Triage*** We were unable to reproduce this bug on latest Canary version #72.0.3611.0 as 'Cmd+Alt+F' shortcut key doesn't respond on browser fullscreen from the page. If this bug still reproduces for you, please reopen or file a new issue. Thanks! |
