Issue descriptionVULNERABILITY DETAILS A deleted channel is publicly viewable on YouTube.com, but it is not accessible via Creator Studio web interface. VERSION Chrome Version: 55.0.2883.95 (64-bit) (Stable) Operating System: OS X El Capitan, Version 10.11.6 REPRODUCTION CASE * Confirm channel is publicly viewable on YouTube.com [here](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCszw6uoxdIYKnwV9Ugva-sw) * Login to YouTube.com as owner of this channel (i.e. motoxtoots@san.rr.com) * Go to YouTube.com > Creator Studio > [Video Manager](https://www.youtube.com/my_videos?o=U) EXPECTED * The deleted channel should not be publicly viewable on YouTube.com. * Since the channel obviously is not deleted, Creator Studio should allow access to the channel's settings. ACTUAL * The deleted channel is no longer accessible when logged into Creator Studio * The [Video Manager](https://www.youtube.com/my_videos?o=U) page says, "You must create a channel to upload videos". * The deleted channel remains publicly viewable on YouTube.com after 4+ years.
