Switch Mac Retina NVIDIA bots to 10.12.2

The Mac Retina NVIDIA bots in the Swarming pool are currently running macOS 10.11. We should upgrade them to 10.12.2 in order to pick up the most recent graphics drivers, which contain a lot of fixes.
