Dirty layout accessed from mapToVisualRectInAncestorSpace

This is discovered by mstensho@opera.com's experiment for  bug 682307  (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=682307#c1). The experiment adds DCHECK(!needsLayout()) in mapToVisualRectInAncestorSpace().

Will file sub bugs blocking on this meta bug.
