Just started this week.  When I try to go to my usual sites OPERA refuses to take me to them saying 
"Your connection is not private 

The server presented a certificate that was not publicly disclosed using the Certificate Transparency policy. This is a requirement for some certificates, to ensure that they are trustworthy and protect against attackers.

You cannot proceed because the website operator has requested heightened security for this domain."

Seems to be HSTS problem.  I deleted the domain in HSTS internals,  it comes up now but in what looks like a safe view, no photos only text and links.
