Play button is not shown in offline pages in m.vlive.tv

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2984.3
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open m.vlive.tv
(2) Click on any video link. Page containing a video open up and play button is shown. Refer attached image1.
(3) Download the page and open it.
Observe that play button is not shown in case of offline page. Refer attached image2.

What is the expected result?
Play button should be shown in case of offline page.

What happens instead?
Instead, play button is not shown.
