Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
<div class="foo">
<div class="bar">
test
</div>
</div>
.foo {
text-indent: 100%;
display: inline-block;
background: red;
}
1. Select .bar element in developer console
2. Change size-related property (font-size, height...) multiple times
What is the expected behavior?
Element size should be deterministic - remain same for given input.
What went wrong?
With every change element grows by width of text (text outside of the box).
Did this work before? No
Does this work in other browsers? Yes
Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.2
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.2, Ubuntu 14.04 and Win 10 using 55.0.2883.95/87 and canary 57.0.2986.0. This is a non-regression since 34.0.1752.0. Untriaged so as to get addressed further.
