-webkit-box-decoration-break doesn't cut box shadows according to the specs

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2984.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://mdn.mozillademos.org/files/8179/box-decoration-break-inline.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open URL provided What is the expected behavior? Reference rendering is here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/box-decoration-break#Inline_box_fragments W3C Specs: https://www.w3.org/TR/css-break-3/#break-decoration states: "no box-shadow is drawn at a broken edge;" What went wrong? The box shadow is not treated like described in the specs. It should just be cut and not independently rendered for each fragment. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin?
