Unnecessary default favicon icon is seen after dragging 'Web store' image to bookmark bar.

OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)
Pre condition : Freshly install chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://apps/ and open Bookmark bar
2. Now drag the 'Web store' image to bookmark bar and observe the 'web store' icon 

Actual: Unnecessary default favicon icon is seen after dragging 'Web store' image to bookmark bar
Expected:'Web store' icon should be seen in bookmark bar after dragging 'Web store' image to bookmark bar  

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-30 series from build # 30.0.1549.0
