Remove touchview testing flag from about:flags

Open a touch enabled device (e.g. Pixel 2015) and go to chrome://flags
Go to Enable TouchView maximizing UI for testing Chrome OS  and click on Enable
then click on Restart
Try switching by hitting Ctrl+Alt+Shift+8

Does not work.

Summary: Remove touchview testing flag from about:flags (was: in Chrome://flags - Enable TouchView maximizing UI for testing Chrome OS does not work)
The feature is now under debug shortcuts and moved to a different key combo. We just need to remove this flag.
