Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. n/a 2. n/a 3. n/a What is the expected behavior? In privacy sttings I found some un-recognisable cookies. I opened developer tools hoping to find exactly where these identifiers are coming from.I found more errors ie The body vertical scrollbars are flickering, and there are visual gliches due to a sub page vertical overflow. Also to get more information on the cause of the following: http://crbug.com/129406 I expected with such bug reports and error messages, More information on how to repair the problems i found, And why there is information being stored on my computer with ID i have never seen. If you have precise reproduction steps, please include them above. If you have a screenshot demonstrating your feedback, please may include any confidential information and then attach it. What went wrong? The issues of the screen flickering is an actual problem that i have as well as chrome is slowing down my computer dramatically ..... My huge concern is these bugs and errors are all connected to cookies which are personal to google itself. Any help for myself would be highly appreciated.....Thank You Joseph Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with chrome version #55.0.2883.87. Didn't see any glitches in scroll bar on "chrome://settings/cookies" Attaching the screencast for your reference, please look into it and let us know your observations and if possible please provide us the screen-cast for this issue

Does the problem go away when you use an incognito window? If so, clearing all your browsing data (chrome://settings/clearBrowserData) should help.
