Unplugging gamepad crashes chrome

Project Member Reported by denniskempin@google.com, Jan 17 2017

Issue description

1. Open html5gamepad.com
2. Plug in gamepad. Press button
3. Unplug gamepad

What should happen: Gamead should disappear from html5gamepad.com
What happens: chrome crashes

I am not really set up to debug chrome crashes at this time, but I'll look into it. This might be happening in the exo/gamepad code.

Please check chrome://crashes and include the crash ID, that should be enough for someone to route the issue.

Hi Dennis, would you mind reproing this and adding the crash ID to the bug?
Also, please let us know what type of gamepad, and confirm that it was on ChromeOS?

I never got to look into this one and I think someone fixed it in the meantime: https://codereview.chromium.org/2679633002/

Ah, looks like the fix landed as part of this CL:

https://codereview.chromium.org/2762003002

If I remove the line that sets "connected = false" and follow the repro steps then it crashes for me on Linux. Resolving as Fixed.
