Forgot to mention: the suggestion is to add these on the /commits or /commit pages.

 Issue 722001  has been merged into this issue.

Pending implementation:
 - Write up a UI function that will parse these out of commit messages
 - Add a section to the commit page that will display these links
 - Remove any parsed, structured information from the message itself to avoid duplicate info

Nice work Prasad!  This should be fixed in staging (if not now, then already) so marking as closed.

watk@, you won't be able to see the changes immediately, but once we cut over from staging -> prod they'll show up.  This is likely 2-4 weeks out is my hope.
