Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Start audio source, e.g. Youtube video
(2) Mute by pressing the mute key once
(3) Hit the mute key again

Expected Result:
Audio is still muted

Actual Result:
Audio is unmuted for a short time (0.5s?) then muted again

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
No workaround.


It looks like a regression in R57, beta (R56.0.2924.55/9000.65.0) does not have this bug.
