Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to any link in a page 2. once there, click on back arrow. 3. nothing happens and doesn't go to previous page What is the expected behavior? clicking on back arrow returns user to previous page What went wrong? Did this work before? Yes This started happening over past 24 hours Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest Chrome stable i.e., 55.0.2883.95 with Mac OSX 10.12.1, megabyzus@ please let us know if there were any extensions installed if so please provide the list if extensions.If possible try disabling the extensions and let us know if you still able to reproduce the issue.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.2 using 55.0.2883.95. Could you please help with the sample url used to reproduce it.

I believe it is an extension. Once I remove it the problem seems to go away. Can you please give a quick summary how an extension can have this impact? Thanks!

A zillion ways, e.g. intercept attempted back navigations and do a forward navigation first. I suggest reporting this to the extension author/as a review on the extension. |
