What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome, open Devtool on NTP.
(2)Click 'Customize and control Devtools'(three dot menu) then 'More tools' and select 'JavaScriptProfiler'
(3)Click on Start button and click on close icon of 'JavaScriptProfiler' section and observe.(Kindly refer the video)

Actual:Devtools window becomes unresponsive after clicking on close icon of 'JavaScriptProfiler' section.

Expected:Devtools window should not become unresponsive after clicking on close icon of 'JavaScriptProfiler' section.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-57(i.e 57.0.2982.0) as it is a newly added feature.
