Regression: Image Icons are seen missing in badssl.com

Chrome Version: 57.0.2984.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and go to https://badssl.com/ >> Observe images beside Certificate,Key exchange

Expected: Should be able to see images.
Actual: Instead rectangular boxes are seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M57.

Good Build: 56.0.2924.0 dev
Bad Build: 57.0.2926.0 dev.

NOTE: Issue is not seen in windows.
