Regression: In Guest mode, unnecessary Cast icon is seen in action box.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2984.0 (Official Build) a2377c097a1fa051f90f9c02d96d010073fcb701-refs/heads/master@{#443964} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6,10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, click on avatar icon and select 'Guest' option.
2) Right click anywhere and select 'Cast' (Cast overlay opens).
3) In action box, right click on cast icon and select ‘Always show icon’.
4) Close the 'Cast' overlay and observe.

Cast icon is seen in action box even if extensions does not get added in Guest mode.

Cast icon should not be seen in action box as extensions do not get added in Guest mode.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-56, will soon update other info

Thank you for the report. The behavior seen in guest_actual.mov is expected. Users should be able to pin the Cast icon to the toolbar in guest/incognito mode, and that preference is not shared with the main (non-incognito) profile.
