Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:57.0.2976.0 (revision : 442165)
Bad build: 57.0.2977.0 (revision : 442447)

You are probably looking for a change made after 442443 (known good), but no later than 442444 (first known bad).

CHANGELOG URL:

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

From the CL above, assigning the issue to the concern owner

@chrishtr - Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner.

NOTE : Adding ReleaseBlock-Stable for now, please feel free to add/edit this.

Testcase 1:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<div style="width: 400px; float: left; min-height: 1px;"></div>
<div style="width: 1000px; overflow: hidden; position: relative; background: lightblue">
        test
</div>

Chrome ToT paints it differently than dev.
Not sure what is going on - dev on Linux disagrees with ToT and also a build at
that CL. I think dev is weird right now.

New testcase, from a re-reduction:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<div style="overflow: hidden;">
    <div style="transform: translate3d(0,0,0); position: relative; width: 400px; height: 400px;">
    </div>
</div>
<div style="overflow: hidden; position: relative;">
  <div style="display: inline;">
    <div style="position: relative; width: 100%; float: right; background: lightblue; transform: translate3d(0,0,0)">
    test
    </div>
  </div>
</div>

ToT (and dev) disagree with stable channel and also Firefox.
Components: -Blink>Animation Blink>Paint
The minimal test case seems like a paint or layout related bug. Recategorising.
