Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Run the attached test case and observe the scrollbars. What is the expected behavior? - The initial size is set, the scrollbar is not visible - The elements are shrunk and the scrollbar becomes visible - Element sizes are reset to the initial size and the scrollbar is not visible What went wrong? After resetting the element size, the scrollbars remain. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No This is also reproducible in WebKit, a similar bug was logged here: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167101 Issue doesn't occur in FF or Edge. Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 After the timeouts complete, if you press the "fix it" button, it clears/resets the styles which causes the scrollbars to be gone like you would expect.

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable M55-55.0.2883.87 and earlier version of chrome M45-45.0.2454.101. This is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged. Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.2 with same chrome version Please look into the attached screencast.
