Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.59 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
OS: Mac OS X 10.12.2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have a credit card that Chrome knows about previous to CVC verification
(2) Attempt to sign up for in-flight wifi
(3)
What is the expected result?
Chrome auto-fills in the field that it knows for me.
What happens instead?
It fills in the form, but raises a dialog box asking me to type in the CVC. When I do so it spins for a while, and then indicates it cannot verify the CVC (I'm presuming because I wasn't, at that time, connected to the internet), *and refuses to fill in the credit card fields for me*.
This is only minorly annoying (I can ignore its repeated offers to fill in the fields for me and fill them in by hand), but it is that minorly annoying. If it can't verify the CVC, it should default to filling in the fields without storing the verified information.
I'm calling this a regression because I believe this use case used to work properly, but I grant it's a corner case, so I'm leaving the default priority alone :-}.
