Add Hotlist=Threaded-Rendering to labels

We have been using Hotlist=Threaded-Rendering [1] to mark threaded-rendering team bugs (go/threaded-rendering). 

Please add this to official label lisso it shows up in autocomplete drop-down.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
Due to the way auto-complete work, we avoid adding hyphens to labels unless we want to represent hierarchy.

For cases like this we'd use CamelCase notation.


Accordingly, I've gone ahead and create: Hotlist-ThreadedRendering.  Please update your issues accordingly.
