Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2983.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Tab bar / profile selector graphics bad. Gets worse as you move / resize the window. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2983.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Launched normally, and with "--disable-extensions", same issue both times. Present since release on 2017-01-12

Tested the issue on Windows-10, windows-7, Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using Chrome stable version 55.0.2883.87 and canary 57.0.2983.0 and the issue is not reproduced. Please find the attached screen-cast and please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue. Thanks..

I'm seeing the same behavior. Windows 10 64bit Canary Version 57.0.2984.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) Repro steps: Open Canary Open a few new tabs Start closing tabs and tab graphics break Maximizing the window results in issues as well. If I minimize and then restore the window, the tabs are drawn correctly again... until opening or closing new tabs.

57.0.2984.0 Video displays Win7, comment says 10 tested as well. I'm on 10. I had multiple tabs open on launch, so it renders incorrectly immediately for me. Minimize / maximize does draw correctly, but when I just point at the tab bar the borders on tabs get "grainy". Opening / closing exacerbates.
