I'm seeing the same behavior.
Windows 10 64bit
Canary Version 57.0.2984.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

Repro steps:
Open Canary
Open a few new tabs
Start closing tabs and tab graphics break
Maximizing the window results in issues as well.

If I minimize and then restore the window, the tabs are drawn correctly again... until opening or closing new tabs.
57.0.2984.0

Video displays Win7, comment says 10 tested as well. I'm on 10.

I had multiple tabs open on launch, so it renders incorrectly immediately for me.

Minimize / maximize does draw correctly, but when I just point at the tab bar the borders on tabs get "grainy". Opening / closing exacerbates.
Seems resolved in 57.0.2986.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
