Blue underline is not seen properly under 'JavaScript Profiler' section

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2983.0 (Official Build) (64-bit)266a86c94d34f3c7c3d22ee00624636b801f80d3-refs/heads/master@{#443819}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, open Devtools on NTP and go to 'Memory' section from Chevron icon (>>).
2. Go to 'JavaScript Profiler' section from 'Customize and control DevTools' menu list.
3. Observe

Actual: Blue underline is not seen properly under 'JavaScript Profiler' section.

Expected Blue underline should be seen properly under 'JavaScript Profiler' section.

This is non-regression issue seen from M 57, as this is new feature introduced in 57.0.2982.0
