Regression : Grey focus highlight on checkbox overlaps 'View reported settings' link text in chrome://md-settings/reset.

OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/reset
2. Now open reset overlay and press 'Tab' key to bring focus on checkbox,observe

Actual: Grey focus highlight on checkbox overlaps 'View reported settings' link text
Expected: Grey focus highlight on checkbox should not overlap 'View reported settings' link text 

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 57’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:57.0.2980.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 57.0.2980.0 (Revision: 443474).
Bad build: 57.0.2981.0 (Revision: 443771).

You are probably looking for a change made after 443483 (known good), but no later than 443484 (first known bad).

We should check if this is an issue with other dialogs, eg. CBD.

As for expected behavior, wrapping is fine but the second line of text should stay indented instead of appearing underneath the checkbox.
