Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the URL -> http://path.net 2. Browser Tab will render text "Hi" 3. Right-click, "View Page Source". What is the expected behavior? "Hi" should be visible in the page source. But i see empty/blank - nothing. What went wrong? The page source shows "Hi" on Mozilla Firefox, looks like someone forgot to do some basic test on the latest version of Google Chrome, this used to work in older versions. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.2 with chrome version 55.0.2883.87 and beta version #56.0.2924.59 But not able to reproduce in Dev #57.0.2979.0 and canary #57.0.2982.0 Issue is fixed in M57.
