FR. Open image in Elements panel

Reported by ovkadu...@gmail.com, Jan 15 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2982.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Currently it's possible in the Network panel select an image HTTP request and make a right click and open it in the Source panel. Also from the Source panel it's possible open the file in the Network panel.
It would be cool to implement "Open in Elements panel" for images (if reachable). It should run both from inside the Network panel and Resource panel.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
FR

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 57.0.2982.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Considering this as a feature request and marking it as Untriaged to get it addressed.

Thanks..

Element's panel might be heavily modified by running javascript - it's hard to track the image that caused the request.

You can try using search in elements panel to find the image of interest. Alternatively, network panel already has "initiator" link that points to the source.
