The user profile 'Person 1' always reappears.

The original reporter of this bug (Issue 507313) asked us to delete the report, so re-filing it here. We were never able to repro it, so we might also want to just close it.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.130 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Chrome normally using your own Chrome user profile.
2. Every so often, the user profile 'Person 1' will be created and added to the list.

What is the expected behavior?
User profiles should never be created unless a user creates them.

What went wrong?
A user profile is created for no reason without a user creating it.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 43.0.2357.130  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64 bit
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0

Even after deleting the new user profile, it reappears every few days for no reason. This is with heavy Chrome usage.

Hard to make progress if we can repro it. Knowing how swampped we are with launches, I will simply close this as WontFix.
