BUG IN SCYN SRVER WHILE SIGNING INTO GOOGLE CHORME

I WAS TRYING TO LOGIN INTO GOOGLE CHORME BROWSER BUT I DONT KNOW WHY IT POPING UP A MESSAGE "SCYN SERVER IS BUSY PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" 
FROM LAST 4 DAYS IT IS NOT APPORVING ANY ACCOUNT
