touch doesn't work in browser in 2 in one laptop (convertible laptop) dell 3148

Issue description

  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)open in my laptop DELL 3148 
(2)only minimize, expand and close button works there

What is the expected result?
To show or accept touch.

What happens instead?
No response 

It might b in my laptop model but I tried installing again and again

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 (Touch screen) as per comment #0 with the available laptop Dell Precision M3800.

Observed that minimize, expand and close buttons are working when user touch those symbols .

Couldn't verify this issue on Dell 3148 as it is not available with chrome-HYD team.

Could anyone from MTV team please look into this issue. Hence, adding the TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV label.

Does enabling chrome://flags/#touch-events help?

Try Chrome canary or Chrome dev channel - improvements were made in Chrome 57 in  issue 644318  (but since you didn't include your Chrome version number as requested, I can't tell if you have those fixes or not).

ankush1611996@ I was interested in actions according to Comment #5 specifically. Have you tried enabling that flag?
I tired but still not working
Are you doing anything special in Windows like switching users?
ie; you are saying it never works from bootup but other apps work fine.
