Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. using only mouse on android for chrome with some open tabs
2. try to swipe along the nav-bar to change tabs by using only mouse
3. nothing happens

What is the expected behavior?
same behavior than by using touch input and the same behavior as in Chrome V55

What went wrong?
new mouse-interface incomplete implematation or shrinking down productive chrome gestures by using mouse
