Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Going to certain sites, examples (imgur/telus) crashes browser when data saver is enabled

What is the expected behavior?
The browser shouldn't crash with Data Saver on.

What went wrong?
Browser would crash on certain webpages.

Disabling Data Saver removes the crashing.
