[Cyan] Skype freezes and chromebook slows down to unusable state |

Issue descriptionThis bug duplicates b/33941727, which does not get attention. Currently affecting prod stable, beta and dev channels. Steps to reproduce 1) Enable PlayStore 2) Install Skype 3) Start Skype and enter into a session with another Skype user Skype freezes and can not be closed. Sometimes you can navigate to other open apps or browser, and sometimes - device acts frozen.

This is still an issue. Lots of kernel WARNING and DEBUG messages in logs.

If this is already in stable, the most we can do is accelerate merging a fix into stable (next target would be 56). If we recover a system to an older OS version, before this started happening, does it actually improve? This would help to bisect where the failure is, and if there is likely something we can do about it, if this failure corresponds to a change on the Skype app itself we might not be able to do much.
