Chromebook crashing, freezing and coding error per device log analyzer

Reported by corina.w...@gmail.com, Jan 14 2017

Acer Chromebook cb5-571

Chromebook Crashed this week and has been freezing frequently in google hangouts. Yesterday the device never powered down to the lock screen when I left to run errands and I was surprised to see it open and up after several hours away.

Today I reset settings and powerwashed the device.
After I reset the chromebook, I had to login several times. I'm attaching a picture of my open and active google hangout with kathyzinn along with a tab that indicates i'm not logged into the chrome browser.

Lastly- My email account was very hacked and I've submitted numerous logs in the past. I ended up removing everyone I was linked to in G+ EXCEPT Kathyazinn, as a bunch of people had added themselves to pages I manage. Today for the first time, some of my contacts showed up on the google hangouts box as I was typing which surprised me. I am not linked to anyone in G+ except for her and this makes me a little nervous- I hope it's not a sign of a further problem, but rather a system change on your part.

I ran a diagnostic just to make sure things were okay and a couple errors came up and I was instructed to report the coding error as it was always a bug

Thank you for your assistance.
