Issue description1) IDS_SETTINGS_ADD_SITE_HEADER Current: Add an exception for a site Proposed: Add site Rationale: “exception” is not needed and is unnecessarily technical; user is adding a site to the “block” or “allow” list, so "add site" matches the UI. 2) IDS_SETTINGS_SEARCH_EXPLANATION Current: Search engine used when searching from the omnibox Proposed: Search engine used in the address bar Rationale: Avoid “omnibox” in user-facing text; HC and marketing videos use “address bar.” Also make the sentence more concise. 3) IDS_SETTINGS_ENCRYPT_WITH_GOOGLE_CREDENTIALS_LABEL Current: Encrypt synced passwords with your Google credentials Proposed: Encrypt synced passwords with your Google username and password Rationale: More concise, avoids “credentials” in favor of more user-friendly terms 4) IDS_SETTINGS_SYNC_TIMEOUT Current: Please make sure your network connection is working and if the problem persists, please sign out and sign in again to refresh your credentials. Proposed: Check your internet connection. If the problem continues, try signing out and signing in again. Rationale: More concise, avoids “credentials” in favor of more user-friendly terms
