[Docs] typing echo, delete, and line-nav

Chrome Version: M57
OS: Win10
Screen reader: NVDA 2016.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Using above combo > Open Docs w/ Braille Mode off
(2) it echos my keys even though I have key echo turned off. 
(3) And if I backspace it doesn't announce the character I've deleted. 
(4) And if I reach the beginning or end of a document and press the arrow to go in that direction again it reads nothing, instead of repeating the line.
