Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2950.4 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Turn on Force Update on Reload in DevTools Service Worker Panel 2. Refresh the page several times. 3. What is the expected behavior? When I refresh the page I expect the service worker to force reload without issue. What went wrong? It force reloads and prints and error in the service worker panel. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2950.4 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
