We could create Associated{InterfacePtrInfo, Request} pair in a "pending" state, without linking them with a specific message pipe. When we serialize one of them, we could update the other with the multiplex router.

That way, we no longer need AssociatedGroup, we can also get rid of the closed-before-sent control message.
