Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2924.59 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) OS: all What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) capture a timeline trace on navigating to a webpage from a new tab What is the expected result? Be able to see timing markers from window.performance.timing. i.e. https://www.w3.org/TR/navigation-timing/#processing-model
