Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install any extension and make sure it appeared next to the address bar. 2. Drag the extension icon to the main context menu with an intention to hide in the context menu icon tray. 3. Quickly release (in less than 1 s) the icon over the three dots icon. What is the expected behavior? Icon tray appears in context menu and it is possible to drag the icon into the tray to hide it from the area next to address bar. What went wrong? The context menu misbehaves and doesn't show the tray. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 See attached GIF for illustration. Sometimes context menu becomes stuck and it's not possible to close it. Sometimes you need to wait until the context menu is "unstuck".

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 10 with chrome versions stable #55.0.2883.87 and canary #57.0.2982.0. The feature of dragging extension into main context menu is seen from M51 builds and the issue is also seen on #51.0.2704.0 This is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged. Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.2 and Ubuntu 14.04 with the latest stable and canary chrome versions Please look into the attached screen-cast for your reference. Thank You...
