Touch simulator pointermove doesn't work

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Test case : http://jsbin.com/gaqoqeyiyu/edit?js,console,output
2. Open dev tools and enable device mode with touch
3. Start moving the pointer
4. Note that move event fires only once as you move it.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Instead of constantly firing the pointermove event, it fires only once.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
You are getting pointercancel because the gesture events start. You need touch-action or you need to listen to pointercancel.
