app Icon display abnormal(re-update)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. app Icon display  abnormal

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
app Icon display abnormal ,look at picture 1 , and app Icon display normal like this ,look at picture 2 。

my os is win8.1--x64--chinese and chrome 57.0.2979.0 canary (64-bit) ,you can see picture 3

Did this work before? Yes 56--57 version chrome canary

Chrome version: 57.0.2979.0  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
